Season 1

Henry Pollard, Casey Klein, Kyle Bradway, Roman DeBeers, Constance Carmell, and Ron Donald are employees of Hollywood catering company 'Party Down', a group of struggling actors and dysfunctional dreamers waiting for their big breaks while stuck serving hors d'oeuvres. But in a town where everything is possible, can the ultimate going-nowhere job ever get them anywhere?

Season 2

Now that Henry is finally the team leader, he's not sure how to feel about it. However, after failing to start his own business, Ron would trade places with Henry in a heartbeat. Back from her stint doing stand-up on a cruise ship, Casey is hoping to break out as a comedienne; Kyle remains handsome, talented, and on the verge of being a star...at least in his own mind; and Roman is still waiting for the world to see his genius. The newest member of the staff, Lydia, is in L.A. to achieve stardom for her 13-year-old daughter, Escapade.

Season 3

10 years later, most of the Party Down catering team have moved on, including actor/bartender Henry Pollard. After a surprise reunion, the gang find themselves once again stoically enduring the procession of random parties and oddball guests all over Los Angeles.
